Because according to Sébastien, the conversion of a site is not just about moving a few buttons on the site or adding a few more pictograms to describe your products. This was the whole theme of the discussion I had with Sébastien for over an hour and a half. We have seen together, through practical cases, that the conversion of an e-commerce site is optimal when you have a strong brand and a site optimized for conversion. In other words, if you have a great looking site, but a lousy brand, your conversion rates will be disappointing.
If you have a great brand but a poorly done site
it’s the same thing. Your conversion rates will be lower than they should be. So, I oriented my discussion with Sébastien so that we could address these 2 aspects of the conversion of an e-commerce site: Branding Optimize an e-commerce site (CRO) In the 1st part of Turkey Business Email List the episode, we will focus on branding. I asked Sébastien to explain to us: Why is he convinced that branding and conversion are intimately linked? What is his definition of a brand and what are the elements that constitute it? A question I have often asked my guests Sébastien tends to differentiate brand and brand strategy. So we dug a little deeper into this topic.
How to define a brand strategy How to gain
height on your brand when you are in it all the time? In the 2nd part of this episode which will be released next week, you will attend a real masterclass since we have reviewed with Sébastien all the basics of CRO: optimizing your product pages, doing A/B testing, what tools to use , etc. So I won’t tell you more and I’ll let you listen to the first part of my conversation with Sébastien.
