What to do when you feel overwhelmed and tasks are flying from all directions

This time I chose a topic on how to deal with task overload. You know it, tasks are flying at you from all sides and you don’t really know what to do first. And the worst part is that you suspect that your to-do list is so long that you won’t fit it into the time you have for PPC or the company.

1. Plans from reports: on a monthly basis,

we plan activities that should have the greatest impact on the account we manage. At uLab, we send a report every month, describing viber database what happened last month,

what impact our activities had during the month, and sending a plan for what we will do next month.

2. Regular tasks:

we regularly solve certain control activities in the account that should help prevent problems. We call them “FuckUp Prevention Activities” to make it clear why those tasks are done – that they should reveal problems in the account or areas that we should solve.

Quite often, we do those b2b digital marketing methods in japan preventive activities, but it results in other things, other tasks that should be done in that account. Such a task could be, for example – “look at reports with high CPA” or “look at reports with low CTR” – we will look at that, but we still have to decide what to do with it next, how to move it forward.

And that is what will take up the time. Or another example – “compare the performance of Google and Sklik” – ok, we will compare that, that is a quick one. But then the main thing is to apply what we have learned, what is missing in Sklik.

3. Ad hoc activities to save performance:

It’s one thing to have something planned b2C phone list for the whole month, but then suddenly halfway through the month we see that it’s not working so well. Then we figure out what to do about it.

have a lot of examples of B2B activities in my head right now – for example, we’re thinking about launching a new e-book or using different creatives or maybe instead of optimizing for conversions on Facebook, we’re trying lead gen… But we can generate a lot of options to save performance.
